Culinary Arts Field Trip in April

Bob Chinn's in Wheeling has become a favorite field trip for my cooking class.
They give us a great tour of their facility and then a delicious complimentary lunch!
The lunch was crab cakes, steak, sea bass, coconut shrimp, rice, sweet potato fries, & their famous garlic rolls!  Delicious.   We then made our way over to Morkes Chocolates in Palatine to learn how chocolate is make and then make our own creations - m-m-m-m-m!!!
